Maintenance
Program:
- The Maintenance
Program prices are available for the following customers:
- Customers who are renewing the Maintenance Program which is still in
affect, or expired during the last three months.
- Customers who purchasing or already
purchased Service Pack Manager during the last three months and did
not purchase the Maintenance Program.
- All other customers of previous versions
are required to upgrade to the latest version before purchasing the Maintenance Program.
- The Maintenance
Program includes free email tech support and free upgrades (minor upgrades
and major releases) for 1 year. It is a great cost saver for those
customers who are planning to keep their network secure for a longer periods
of time. In addition, Gravity Storm Software is constantly enhancing the
product by introducing new features and by adding support for additional
Microsoft® mission-critical applications.
- The Maintenance Program purchasing
policy is subject to change without notice.
